The Player Development Complex
For years The First Tee of Chattanooga and the University of Tennessee Chattanooga Golf teams have been searching for land to build The Player Development Complex, a home for the players to learn and develop as golfers and as individuals. In 2009, we entered into a lease with the City of Chattanooga for the land and shortly thereafter we began construction on Phase I. Bill Bergin, Bergin Golf Design, designed the facility with both The First Tee of Chattanooga programs and The University of Tennessee Chattanooga Golf Teams in mind. Development areas have been designed to help players hone their skills in an environment based on continuous learning and mastery of skills.

The First Tee of Chattanooga has a variety of program and non-program activities where people can volunteer their time. All potential volunteers are subject to a criminal background search.
